JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew Coffee is made using time-honored, craftsman techniques and just two ingredients: 100% air roasted Arabica coffee beans and cold water. The beans are ground and slowly steeped for 12 hours using our small batch on a large scale brewing process. The result is pure, 100% authentic cold brew coffee with no preservatives, coffee additives, coffee derivatives or reconstituted coffee. Our coffee tastes exceptionally smooth and rich with noticeably less acidity and bitterness than traditional hot-brewed coffee.

This variety of beans grows at a higher altitude and has a less bitter and smoother flavor than their counterpart, Robusta beans. It is generally accepted that Arabica beans produce more desirable flavor characteristics.
Traditionally, coffee grounds are brewed in scalding hot water, which oxidizes them more quickly and causes the resulting coffee to be aromatic but very bitter. By contrast, the cold brew process entails gently steeping freshly ground air roasted coffee in cold water instead of hot or heated water, which delivers coffee that is smoother, naturally sweeter and less acidic than hot-brewed coffee.
Typically, “iced coffee” is double strength hot-brewed coffee that has been poured over ice to dilute for consumption. Cold brew coffee like JAVA HOUSE® has been brewed without heat by slowly steeping premium quality 100% Arabica coffee grounds in cold water for 12+ hours.

All coffee beans used in JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew Ready to Drink Products have been air roasted just long enough to give the coffee a balanced Medium Roast flavor.
The natural flavors are the essences and botanicals that are naturally extracted and then added to our products to enhance the flavor. These natural flavors provide the caramel, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon in our coffees.
With our ready to drink options, simply open the bottle and enjoy. You can also pour into a mug over ice and add your favorite sweetener and/or creamer!
When using our 2:1 concentrate, mix 2 parts water to every 1 part of concentrate. A 32 fl. oz. bottle of JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew Pure Concentrate will make about twelve 8 fl. oz. servings.
When using our 4:1 concentrate, mix 4 parts water to every 1 part of concentrate. A 32 fl. oz. bottle of JAVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew Pure Concentrate will make about twenty 8 fl. oz. servings. A 10 fl. oz. bottle will make about six 8 fl. oz. servings.

Light sedimentation over time is normal and can often appear as a coating that easily disperses in the coffee with light shaking or stirring.
Products with excessive sediment is not up to our quality standards. Please contact us if this level of sedimentation has occurred.

To prepare cold brew served hot, follow these instructions for the best-tasting results:
1) Place your mug in a single-serve brewer.
Our pods contain liquid concentrate, so it’s important to have your mug on the drip tray before closing the brewer, as liquid will start filling your mug immediately upon brewing.
2) Insert the pod into the brewer.
Make sure the pod tab is pointing up to ensure the brewer closes properly. Close your brewer quickly and firmly to properly puncture the pod.
3) Push button and enjoy!
Select the 8oz brewing setting and start brewing as usual.
To prepare cold brew served cold, follow these instructions for the best-tasting results:
1) Peel open the pod lid.
2) Pour the liquid concentrate into a glass of ice.
3) Add 8 fl. oz. of water, stir and enjoy!
Our pods are durable to ensure freshness. If your brewer doesn’t puncture the pod on the bottom, your brewer needle may be dull. Carefully remove the pod from the brewer, peel open the lid, pour it into your mug and add your desired amount of hot water.
If you do not have a single serve brewer, you can still enjoy JAVA HOUSE® Cold Brew Pods Hot.
