ICED LAVENDER COLD BREW LATTE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whole milk 
  • 1 Java House Dual-Use Liquid Coffee Pod
  • 2 Tablespoons Lavender simple syrup 
  • Ice

Preparation:

Combine one Java House liquid pod and 8 oz water. Add milk and simple syrup and stir to combine.  Pour over ice into desired cup.

 

LAVENDER SIMPLE SYRUP

¼ cup dried lavender

½ cup water

½ cup white sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan on the stove over medium heat.

Bring to a boil, stir until sugar has dissolved.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool and steep for at least 1 hour.

Strain out the lavender.

Pour into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
